I would like to force AP to the secondary controller without taking down the primary controller. It there a command that would accomplish this? I would like to move AP individually and not all at the same time.

Thanks

Chappy

have you tried swapping the primary & secondary controller settings on the AP and rebooting the AP?

I have over 100 ap. This would take some time. Then I would have to undo once I completed the controller upgrade to get them back to the right controller.

You could always use the master controller mode (Not recommended for production use). Also, the APs will upgrade or downgrade depending upon which controller they associate to. I like to upgrade all my controllers at once and reboot them at the same time via WCS.
