I have a non-working user that is configured the exact same as another working end user and cannot figure out why it is not working. They each have their own 7971, IPC, and UPC device associated with them as well as Capabilities Assignments enabled in UCM 6.1. And they have the same CTI GW, LDAP and SIP PROXY profile configured in CUPS 6.0. When I take a look at the Server Health page from CUPC, the same information is listed for both accounts, however the one just isn't connecting to the Softphone Server.
Has anyone had a similar issue with this? I've tried restarting the CUP Sync Agent hoping that would clear it up, but it hasn't yet.
