Cannot access remote network through VPN client

Hello,

I have a user that is unable to access the remote network once he connects to VPN.

His laptop is running Vista and he has setup the VPN client (5.0.02) on a VM. He is able to connect but can't ping anything on the remote network. He is connecting to an ASA. No one else is having an issue.

I appreciate the help.

make sure you have this statement in asa, then have the user reconnect.

crypto isakmp nat-traversal 20
