Solved: Cisco CUE AA Editor

Im new on this, I install the AA Editor 2.3, I hit new, but after that, I can't drag and drop anything.

What is the problem?

Make sure you are dragging and dropping onto the 'Start' icon.

Sorry to hear this my friend. Can you please try the much newer CUE Editor version 3.1.1

Hi Rob,

I'm not 100% sure, but chances are that a newer CUE editor will produce files that are not usable on a previous version of CUE.

Personally, I've never found anything wrong with the 2.3.4 editor the few times that I've used it.

I can tell you from experience that it isn't backwards compatible.

Hi, miltka, one question, if my CUE is 2.3.4 (UC500) my scripts should be done with AA Editor 2.3 , right?

Yes. I use 2.3 with my 2.3.4 install. The 3.x CUE Editors only seem to work with the 3.x CUE versions. I was looking for Release Notes earlier to back that up but couldn't find anything.
