CUCM 6.1 and RTMT,VLT, QRT

All,

First of all forgive my silly question.

I am new to CUCM 6.1 and I want to know from where (and how) I can download RTMT (both ver for Windows and Linux) as well VLT and QRT. I tried to download it remotely from our CUCM 6.1(Application /Plugins) in the LAB and not much success.

RTMT is from the plugins page

VLT look for it in CCO

QRT is not a plugin is a tool for monitoring call quality

Thanks gasca for the replay. However I still cannot download RTMT (from CUCM 6X) and cannot check the server (I have remotely access only SSH/HTPS ? ). In regards VLT and QRT I couldn't find those either in CCO.Can some one help?

i just did the following: www.cisco.com typed VLT in the search box and got 5 download links, exactly where were you looking??

QRT CANNOT BE DOWNLOADED, it's a webpage to which you access

exactly what are you doing to download RTMT??

all you need to do is look under plugins and click the download link. are you getting any error??
