When running individual reports with the detail option I will occasionally get duplicate call records. The records will have the exact details of the call, ie time and date, hhmmss, number dialed ect. If I run a detail report on the gateway the call utilized there is only a single call record. This is very sporadic and only appears a few times daily.
Any suggestions on where to begin looking for the issue?
