I have a user who wants to have customers press 1 to hear their office hours of the different branches.
I can configure it using a voice mail box in Unity, but I was thinking if I used a call handler I could save a license.
My issue is I don't know how to put a message on a call handler or get into one.
A voice mail box I can simply * into the extension and change the greeting, but how do you do that on a call handler or is it even possible?
Thank you

thank you!, that was way to easy. I just had to assign a number to the call handler and set Greetings Administrator as a key in my caller input.
