Can't view Catalyst 3560 in Ciscoworks LMS 2.6

Hi,

I have a problem on viewing two Catalyst 3560 switches (10.10.2.12, 10.10.2.14) on my network by the mean of Topology Services.

The Other 3560 switches are displayed correctly (10.10.2.5, 10.10.2.8, 10.10.2.9, 10.10.2.10, 10.10.2.11, 10.10.2.13, 10.10.2.15).

Even I have configured the same SNMP parameters on all the switches, I can't understand the source of the problem.

I send a capture of the topology, and configuration samples.

For information, the two switches (10.10.2.12, 10.10.2.14) works correctly on the network.

Any help please.

Mustapha.

Exactly what version of Campus Manager do you have, and what is the sysObjectID from these two missing switches?

Hi,

We are using Campus Manager 4.0.6.

SysObjectID for the missing switches is ciscoproducts.614

I have a feeling you're seeing a combination of bugs: CSCsj51103 and CSCsk08540. Upgrade to Common Services 3.0.6 and Campus Manager 4.0.10 or higher, run a new Campus Data Collection, and this problem should be fixed.

CS 3.0.6 can be downloaded from http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cd-one-3des . CM 4.0.10 can be downloaded via Common Services > Software Center > Software Update within LMS.

Hi,

After the uppgrade of Common Services and Campus Manager, I have the following error message when I log on LMS 2.6 :

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

How can I fix the problem ?

Best Regards,

Mustapha.
