There are some aspects of your question that I do not understand well. What is the difference between csu/dsu stats and T1 stats?

The csu/dsu provides physical support for the T1 and controls functions such as clocking and framing for the data which is carried on the T1. In some sense perhaps the csu/dsu provide the lower level functions and perhaps you consider the T1 to be the packet level functions. In that case the statictics in the show command are csu/dsu stats.
