I have some cisco voice gateways that they connected to PBX. they they connect to eachother via IP WAN.

I want a monitoring software or hardware to monitor my calls numbers, call details, jitter, codec, quality..

I have this problem too.

CDR reports in CallManager (if those GWs r MGCP) can help
