Hi,

i added a translation pattern on CCM6.01 for a specific extension based on offwork hours. This pattern should call an external Number.

The internal Extension 99 are translated from .99 to external Number on called party transformation and discard predot digits. It does'nt work.

How should the pattern formed to fulfill this issue.

regards

Ronny

TP = DN you want to re-route

called party = external phone number as you would dial it from the phone

CSS = one that can reach the PSTN thru your route patterns

how do you have this configured??

TP = DN (99)

called Party = 0 for PSTN-Access + external Number

CSS = All_Allowed

But i'm not sure about the Route Pattern. I created a Partitiion, workhours_only, but the call does'nt start at this time to outside.

If i choose a Partition without restrictions, then the call will start.

then i would check the TOD configuration and make sure the translation pattern becomes active when it should
