Correct. If the device has no neighbors, it is unconnected according to Campus. It is still managed by Campus, however.

A device that appears in the unconnected view has no CDP or ILMI neighbors with other devices on the map. So verify that CDP/ILMI is properly negotiated between an unconnected device and another Campus Manager managed device.

Thanks. If only one device(no neighbors in campus manager managed device) on the map, even if it is working fine.it still appears in the unconnected view,is it right?

Thanks again!

Correct. If the device has no neighbors, it is unconnected according to Campus. It is still managed by Campus, however.
