data collection problem in Ciscoworks LMS 3.0

we have already finished discovering devices but when we try to collect data on campus manager, no results where gathered and the status turned from "running" to "idle" and still the result is "0 devices".

when we try to check on common services>device and credentials>device management, "DCR server error" appeared. We are currently using campus manager 5.0.0

Any idea on how to resolve this??

Please post the output of the pdshow command as well as the ani.log.

Hi Joe,

We have already resolved the problem. The client has an access-list defined for snmp on the switch where the Ciscoworks server is terminated. They added an access-list to permit the ip address of the server.
