The fetch configuration and inventory is failed for below devices:

1-Cisco Catalyst 2948G-L2 Switch with WS-C2948 Software, Version NmpSW: 4.5(3), System Bootstrap Version: 5.4(1)

2-Cisco Catalyst 4003 Switch with WS-C4003 Software, Version NmpSW: 4.4(1),System Bootstrap Version: 4.4(1)

We have CiscoWorks LMS 2.6 RME 4.0.5 with type NON-ACS and AAA Mode Setup: TACACS+

After troubleshooting the problem, when I telnet the device, I can access it as user privilege only then enable password by local enable password

When I changed device Credentials of enable password in DCR, I can fetch configuration but still the inventory can't be fetched.
