Yes. CUE supports integrated messaging to an email server. Here is the link that shows you how to integrate CUE to an email server.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity_exp/rel3_1/administration/guide/voicemail/6MsgNotf.html#wp1012507.

I've seen some post where people are getting Call Manager Express to work directly with Exchange 2007. I have not had any experience with that type of integration. If you are not running Exchange 2007, you can use stonevoice for your Unified Messaging needs with Call Manager Express.

I have setup email notification in CUE GUI and I can receive notification via IMAP, but not smtp.

I want the notification to go to my exchange account.

I set up smtp through the GUI with the exchange IP address and the authentication is my admin credientials.

The Domain is company.com. Does it need to be company.local instead?

Any suggestions?

The following debug in CUE might help troubleshoot this issue.

trace voicemail msgnotif all

show trace buffer tail

Cheers

Frank

I have had the same issue and have not been able to resolve it. Did you ever get this figured out?

Thanks
