Hi all,

I have a few general questions about IPCC Enterprise.

So, I have customer who have IPCC Express and they have vision to migrate on IPCC Enterprise. So, I (my company) have to be ATP, am I right? I cann't do that migration without ATP?

What we have to do, to become ATP?

And, where I can find migration from what express version to what enterprise version?

Thanks a lot,

Vlaho

Vlaho,

To answer your questions in reverse order.

There is no direct migration path from UCCX to UCCE (the newer names for eXpress and Enterprise). The platforms are completely different. The UCCX servers could be reused as IP-IVR servers depending on their specification, but a licence would be required for that.

The ATP is an (someone correct me if I go wrong) invite only program for specialised Cisco Advanced Technologies (of which UCCE is one). To perform a migration / installation you either have to be an ATP or work with an ATP in your region.

Hope this helps.

Mark.
