Cannot start services in CUCM 6

I have CUCM 6 Business Edition DEMO version and I have everything working except 2 services will not start (Extension Mobility and Cisco Unified Mobile Voice Access Service). All other services work fine

I have activated the services but any time I try to start them it says "Not Running". Any Help would be appreciated
