CVP 4.0 SR2 - Outdial to a PSTN rather than to a call center agent phone

I have a requirement, where once the self-service is completed in IVR, based on a input provided by the caller, the IVR should should dial out to a PSTN number using CVP4.0 SR2, PGW & along with Unified Contact Center Hosted Edition. Is it possible to achieve this and can someone provide an insight to this?
