Cisco 4006 strange error

I have Cisco 4006 running cat OS, it has started throwing follwing error, what it tells that it is spantree issue but this switch has only 6 slot so what is the port 7/1. can someon shed some light on it?

Can you please confirm the CATOS version which you are running on your switch?

cat4000-k9.8-1-2.bin

mac address im seeing in the error log is from the 6506 where it is connected as a trunk/etherchannel, strange that none has blade 7 in it. Could this be referring to Portchanel interface?
