we have one user where "Email notification of Voicemail' is not working. Unity 5.0 is configured as voicemail only, and we are using "Text Pager" option for voicemail notification.
I have it configured for other users and works fine but not for this user.
Are the notification addresses internal / external?
Check the SMTP routing from Unity's exchange for that particular address if it is different.
