CUE 3.1 GDM Notification Problem

Hi all,

after the creation of an gdm mailbox, i started to configure the notification, i see it's not possible with the gui, then i use the cli, but the only command cue accept is:

groupname customer profile vm-notif-profile email address myemail@myprovaider.com

when i gave:

groupname customer profile vm-notif-profile email enable

groupname customer profile vm-notif-profile email attach

groupname customer profile vm-notif-profile email preference all

i retrived an:

Owner not found

any idea?

Your group needs to have an owner and members.

Did you configure "groupname customer owner [username]"?

Yes, i had 1 owner and 4 members...

when i gave:

groupname customer profile vm-notif-profile email address myemail@myprovaider.com

groupname customer profile vm-notif-profile email enable

groupname customer profile vm-notif-profile email attach

groupname customer profile vm-notif-profile email preference all

"customer" is the groupname.

and:

sh group detail groupname customer

Full Name: Customer-myclient

Description: customer group

Phone: 500

Phone(E.164):

Fax:

Language: systemDefault(it_IT)

Owners: admin

Members: member1 member2 member3 member4

Privileges: local-broadcast broadcast ManagePrompts vm-imap

Privileges: ManagePublicList ViewPrivateList ViewHistoricalReports

Privileges: ViewRealTimeReports
