We are running CCM 5.1(3)and Unity Connection 2.0.
We are playing common greeting for offnet and onnet calls when user is busy or not picking up the phone.(ex: User is currently not available,pls leave the message after the tone....)
Can we have separate greeting for On-net and Off-net calls when the user is busy or not picking up the phone..
If it is possible, please let me know the procedure to do it.
