Hi,
We are running CCM 5.1(3)and Unity Connection 2.0.
We are playing common greeting for offnet and onnet calls when user is busy or not picking up the phone.(ex: User is currently not available,pls leave the message after the tone....)
Can we have separate greeting for On-net and Off-net calls when the user is busy or not picking up the phone..
If it is possible, please let me know the procedure to do it.

Yes, users can record an internal greeting that will play for calls from other Unity subscribers. See the following link.

We are running only one Unity Connection Server.
Is it possible on the same server(separate greeting for Onnet and Offnet),please clarify ...

Yes, this will work with one Unity Connection server.
