what does these two int mean?
ATM0/0/0.777 is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is ATM AIM E1
ATM0/0/0 is up, line protocol is up

ATM0/0/0 is the physical interface. The physical circuit is terminated by this interface.
ATM0/0/0.777 is a virtual subinterface that maps to an ATM pvc.
The subinterfaces are typically used in a hub and spoke topology. The hub router's ATM interface will terminate the physical circuit that goes to the service provider. Subinterfaces are built under that physical interface to map a PVC that faces each spoke.

on circuit which interface should i check

It depends on what exactly you are troubleshooting.
If you are interested in looking at errors and utilization on the physical interface, you would view the ATM0/0/0 interface.
If you wanted to examine the utilization, etc, on a specific PVC, you would view the virtual interface.

so PVC is always mapped to virtual inetrface?
I call telco they told me CIR at there end is 2700KB i was told to check on my end
i had these 3 inetrfaces
ATM0/IMA0.777 is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is ATM AIM IMA
Description: -att-MPLS-2xT1.IMA-ATM-3M-2.7M-ePVC.777
MTU 4470 bytes, BW 3000 Kbit, DLY 20000 usec,
ATM0/0/0 is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is ATM AIM T1
Description: FLR-MJ01-att-MPLS-2xT1.IMA1-ATM-3M-2.7M
MTU 4470 bytes, sub MTU 4470, BW 1544 Kbit, DLY 20000 usec,
ATM0/0/1 is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is ATM AIM T1
Description: att-MPLS-2xT1.IMA2-ATM-3M-2.7M
MTU 4470 bytes, sub MTU 4470, BW 1544 Kbit, DLY 20000 usec,
Now to check CIR which interface should i look for from above 3 ?
