Historical Report Export formats

What does the Historical Report client look at to put Excel XLS, etc in the viewer export file drop down selections? I had uninstalled HRC, and rebooted, then reinstalled and same thing. I then uninstalled MS Office, rebooted, and reinstalled Office and HRC and same thing, HRC Viewer Export option not listing Excel, etc in the drop down.

I installed HRC on another PC that never had HRC on it and it has all the options in Export file option.

Any ideas?

HR Client cannot run as a service, this is working as designed. HR Client can use a network location to save reports.
