Bandwidth Setting for CUPC video

What controls the bandwidth on the CUPC apps?

We have Video bitrates between two CUPS clients across a MPLS WAN that doesn't go above 64k. The quality is very poor and there are hundreds of lost packets.

Yet when we connect over the LAN using the same laptops the quality is excellent (no dropped packets) and the bitrate varies depending on the motion on the screen....as it should. The WAN is a 3M MPLS. Any suggestions?

Check for RTP/ UDP Packet losses on the PC/Mac that is experiencing choppy video. Put on a sniffer trace - and if you see

missing RTP/UDP sequence numbers you know there is a problem somewhere on the network. Another dead giveaway (For CUVA at least) - Open Diagnostics Window and see if CUVA is sending out a large number of I-Frame requests (More 1/sec) to the other end-point.
