CVP audio prompt updates to VXML gateway

Hi , I have tried using the "audio-prompt load http://path" command in IOS to update the cache but it throws a error as if it can't download the file.

I've checked the path is correct by "show http cache" command.

The only way I can update files is to record a new prompt with a new filename then change the xml app file to contain the new filename and then reload the app from the vxml server side.

This is not a good workaround, how can we get the command to work from the gateway side?

This method definitely works under all conditions. Please check how you are calling it. As I posted previously, using show http client cache and piping it into "inc foo.wav" to find the path is the right way. Then appending that full address to "audio load http://" works.

Sorry, there is a difference between IOS versions. On 12.4(9T) the cache entries just have the URL starting with the IP address, or host name, so appending that as I noted is correct.

But in 12.4(15T) you will see a fully formed URL starting with http:// so you simply need to copy the URL and paste it after "audio-prompt load".
