Hi,
I have a CME bacd system that directs calls to a couple of hunt groups.
The issue is that when the agents leave the office they would like to have incoming calls to the hunt group forwarded to an external number. I have not found any documentation showing how this can be done. Anybody have an idea?

Use the login/logout button on the phone "hunt-group logout HLog". Once they are all logged out, the call should be transferred immediately.

Use param voice-mail to define which number are the calls forwarded to.

Hi,
Thanks for the tip, but I've already tried this. The problem with it is that they must wait the entire max-time-call-retry before the transfer occurs.
Is there a better way?
