Hi,
Not related to any problem.
But just want to know that if i need to know in which Internet Ring i am currently, then how can i find?
using trace? then to which ip address?

Hi, there are no rings, but ISP networks called AS. You can traceroute to any address, then look into an online looking glass, to which AS the routers belong.

You are very right.
But there are Internet Rings (this is same concept as Tier's). There is also I-core concept.

Since there are no rings as mentioned already maybe we are having a terminology misunderstanding. Can you describe (or link to a description) what you feel an internet ring is?
