BACD Call Transfer - transfer time

Hi,

I have a Drop through BACD running with a number of users in the hunt group.

When a user transfers a call that has come through the BACD there is a period of about 5 seconds before the transfered caller and the called phone can hear each other.

Firstly has anyone else experienced this issue, and secondly would anyone know how to change it?

Ive played around with transfer patterns and inter-digit timeouts, but that hasnt had any effect on the issue.

Hi, I routinely use 12.4(11)XJ4 and never had an issue like that. Are there consultive or direct transfers ?

its both types.

Ive tested this on systems that dont run the BACD, and transferring is fine.

Ill run up a LAB i think with 12.4(11)XJ4 and see if i can generate the issue.

Can you think of anywhere that would introduce this delay? I thought it may have been inter-digit timeout, btu that wasnt the case. I also set specific transfer patterns, but that hasnt helped either.
