Missed call Report

In CCM 5.1 , can we generate the missed call reportin CDR? if possible plzz tell me the procedure

thanks for reply. those are the very good document. but I didn't get any information about that How to generate the miss called in CDR Report . please sent me the procedure for missed call configuration in CDR,

missed calls should show up as 0 duration if you have that parameter enabled, since they were never connected they should show up that way

Thanks for reply.that means u telling about

'CDR Log calls with zero duration flag' should be enable? I already enabled this parameter , but still now its not generated any zero duration calls in CDR Report.

So plz suggest me.
