I have a customer running LMS 3.0 on windows. He sent me a screenshot showing the DFM view of LMS portal.
On this screenshot (in attachments), there is two error messages.
The first one on the "High Severity Alerts" portlet says : "An exception occurred. Please check the AAD.log file for further details"
The second message is on the "DFM Device Status" portlet. It says : "Cannot retrieve device summary. Please see the DeviceManagement.log file for more information.
I attached the two log files and the screenshot.
I don't have many information about the issue encountered. Any help will be really appreciated.
