FXO issue with CME and AA script

Hi all recently i have configured for a customer CCME , AA and FXO card but some times the FXO card start "dumming" i mean when you call the customer from outside you will be redirected to the AA and when you hand up it's fine the disconnect supervisory works fine but sometimes from the outside you will hear a message from the service prvider stating that the line is no longer available and from the inside when you try to use the outside line you hear a busy signal

So my configuration is as follow:


voice class custom-cptone Discon

dualtone disconnect

frequency 425

cadence 500 500


voice-port 0/0/0

trunk-group Amira 1

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

supervisory custom-cptone Discon

timeouts call-disconnect 1

timeouts wait-release 1



dial-peer voice 5 pots

service main-aa

port 0/3/0



dial-peer voice 1 pots

trunkgroup Amira

destination-pattern 9T


So can anyone please help me :) i'm really stuck!!!!
