Need to reset Voice Msgs id to connect to the mailbox

Hi,

Users forgots thers ids to access to mailbox, I need the default ID and if it exist id recovery to force a specific id

exactly what do you mean by their id??

if my DN is 7777 then that's my id (unless you have VM box mask under the vm profile)

also you do not mention what you're using, Unity? CUC? CUE?

I'am using UC520

the id is the code wich we must enter when trying to read messages from mailbox.
