cisco agent desktop 6.1 cannot go to login state

I have installed CAD correctly and login with username and password successfully, when i try to change the state of the agent, i receive the attached message.

can anybody help me to solve this issue.

I have this problem too.

Thank you for your help, i have restarted the CTI service in the call manager the issue is solved.
