Copy all the configuration setting from old router to new router

May I know how to copy all the configuration setting from old router to new router?

Login to old router, 'copy runn tftp', grab the config from the tftp server, console into the new router and copy paste (assuming they are similar hardware and modules & IOS).

I encountered the error below when want to downalod the configuration file from there. May I know why?

router#copy run tftp

Address or name of remote host []? 192.168.2.13

Destination filename [running-config]?

.....

%Error opening tftp://192.168.2.13/running-config

Make sure you can ping tftp server from your router's interface before trying to upload file.
