We are trying to use the web interface to log into our CM6 (Which is normal). However today, when we type in the webaddress, 1st we get the normal screen with a message and then asking us to select a product.
As usual we click on:
Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration
Then nothing happens, we just get a blank screen and nothing happens.
Are you still able to access the server via putty or another ssh client? If so, either reboot the server or try and restart the CUCM and CUCM web services:
utils system restart|shutdown
or utils service restart
