Customizing CDR reports from CUCM

Hi all,


A client has sent the following request pertaining to a new deployment. I can show them how to pull CDR records and some of the built in reports but is there a product out there which will them to create customized reports directly from the CDR/CAR databases? Thanks in advance for any assistnace.


"For some time now I have been trying to get a CDR record out of the system. The record needs to include Extension, Name, Time, Duration, Digits dialled, and when multiple records are found they should be grouped by Extension."

No option inside CDR

They need to go for a 3rd party billing server

which provide those options

You should use a 3rd party call logging product for this.
