IPT registration related problem

Hi

Dear i am facing a problem in my 7940 cisco IPT. It showing configuring IP but not getting ip, TFTP server IP and CCM IP.

I have ccm and dhcp is configur in my switch but after adding the IP Phone it dont get ip but the ccm list its show CiscoCM1 what is the problem? how can i solve the problem?

This problem is only for a perticular IPT. Other ph is working fine.

I have this problem too.

All the Cisco CallManager versions 4.x and earlier run on the Cisco IP Telephony (IPT) operating system, which is the Cisco version of the Windows 2000 build. Therefore, in order to obtain the 2007 DST changes required for the operating system, apply either of these versions, which are available from Cisco Downloads

Certain Software Downloads/Upgrades from Cisco requires Additional access/Valid Service contract. Availing this contract would gives you access to most of the tools and to the Encrypted Software's.
