I have a 3845 router with two BRI interfaces, and one CCM 5.0(4) and I need to configure MGCP between them, I'm not able to get the getway regestered!

yes it can reach the CCM and the DNS server.

try just using IPs and not hostnames, do a no mgcp / mgcp
verify the server model in CUCM along with the right slot selected and that the domain name is hostname + domain (if configured)
are the BRI's up and running??
