Hi
We are experianceing a duplication of ip address problem the duplication occurs with gateway address cause all the WAN fail we check on the NMS and find duplication of ip address
1d19h: %IP-4-DUPADDR: Duplicate address 192.168.70.127 on Vlan1, sourced by 0009.6bca.7499 we have gone through IBM document highlighted this problem and resolution by changing the virtual MAC-address of HSRP link for your reference

Are you 'teaming' NICs on the server?

Yes we are useing teaming on the servers

I bet your in load balance mode and not failover mode. Since the NIC's are load balancing and using a virtual MAC, it's hopping back and forth. It's "normal" for the NICs to do this and that why we always run ours in failover.
