Can I add Alert that will notify me that contr e1 is down? Because there are situations when, GW is registered on CCM, but contr e1 is down

I think you can as long as you are using MGCP for gateway protocol. I think it will generate alert lije CCMRegisteredGateways count was decreased by 1.

Yes, but this alert notifies when CCM registration on CALLMANAGER goes down, not contr e1. I want to monitor controller e1 - like sh contr e1, and not sh ccm

Try PRISpansInService, it indicates the Number of E1 Pri on both Gateways that are in Service. Alerts will be triggered if the value is under (number of E1 you have), which means one of your E1 is down.
