C3800_ENVM-3-MFAIL_OFF must go

Hi All, I have a test router and am receiving the following error message (I included the Cisco explanation):

"%C3800_ENVM-3-MFAIL_OFF : There is more than one failure with the Power System [dec] or this Power System has been turned off.

Explanation The power system has experienced multiple failures, or the power system has been turned off. This message indicates that a critical condition has occurred."

I don't have PS2 connected, can I disable this specific error message so it does not keep repeating?

This error is not suggesting you have a second power supply. (that i can see from your error you supplied; it should have a '1' or a '2' between "...System" and "or...")

It may be suggesting the PS you do have is experiencing errors.

Check the LED lights on the PS and verify what they are telling you to see if you can further identify a problem.
