Exchange fail over

I am having setup unity fail-over through wan on same unity exchange server.Could any one help me to get unity exchange failover

Not sure we understand your question.

Can you describe the current Unity topology?

(1) Unity server with Exchange loaded on it?

or

(1) Unity server, (1) Exchange server and need to add (1) Unity Failover remotely?
