easy vpn clients dropping

Hi, Guys

Would you please help me with this:

I have configured an Easy VPN Server on a 3825 ISR. The VPN clients are installed on PCs with Windows OS. Some VPN clients keep the connection up for a long time, but others are dropped very often. Do you have any idea how to keep the VPN connections up as longest as possible?

Hi, Thanks for the help.

For now, I cannot provide logs from the router. When the next time the VPN client disconnects, I will send you both router and VPN client logs.

Hi,

Here is some more vpn client log. Another thing to consider is that a RADIUS server is used for VPN client user authentication (Microsoft IAS).
