Is there a way to run reports on callmanager that would give statistics for a specific time frame, basically we are looking for call volumes, average incoming and average outgoing call volume for specific dates.

the CAR reports let you configure a timeframe, isn't that working??
of course they won't give you stats but they certainly will give you info from a certain timeframe you choose

The only thing I get under CAR are the tabs BILLS, HELP, and LOGOUT. Does this mean the application isn't installed?

are you using a CAR admin account to login??
if not you're only getting your personal options, only for your user

you need to log into CAR using admin/admin if it's the 1st time you login and add users to the admin group

unfortunately that does not work, the person who was here before is now gone from the company. Is there a way to reset it or break in as no one knows the useraname and password.

if you know the user you can reset the pwd on the directory
