IPCC and Intercluster CCM

Could an IPCC integrated with a CM-1 give call center services to an IP phone that is registered on a CM-2?


I appreciate any help on this please.

In short, No.


The phone that is required to be a call center agent phone MUST be associated with the JTAPI user on the IPCC integrated Call Manager.


You cannot have a phone on Call Manager 2 associated to the IPCC JTAPI user on Call Manager 1, so you cannot have that phone act as a call center agent phone.
