Technically, yes.

All switches support 'switching' IPX packets. (over an 802.3 network for example)

Switches cannot route IPX. In order to move an IPX packet from one IPX network to another you would need IPX Routing implemented.

Switches do not open up datagrams but rather simply move (switch) them from one ingress port to another egress port; they do this function using Layer 2 addressing aka MAC addresses.
