"One monent please your call is being connected" message

Here is a weird message I am now getting when I dial a fax machine 4 digit extension or 7 digit number.

Where is this coming from? IPCC? How could I tell?

it is a female voice. it has to be internal to the CCM 4.1.3 since it happens when I dial only 4 digits.

Not sure of the call flow. How do i look at that?

you would need to look at your dial plan to find out what elements you're matching, even if it's only 4 digits you could be reaching something else (unity, IPCC)

It sounds like Unity, in the users subscriber options there is a tick box regarding transfer annoucement turning it off / on

try turning that option off and test, maybe you're right and it's the unity lady. that's why i asked for the call flow
