How do you add/change photo in Personal Communicator profile? Right now it is a shadow man.

CUPS uses jpegphoto attribute. Use this tool http://www.exclaimer.com/Download.aspx?p=ADP to be able insert and view the photo in AD 2003 jpegphoto attribute. Alos used ADSIEDIT to verify there are some values in jpegphoto attribute.
Remember to use port 389 since this attriubte is not in GC

however, cisco strongly recommends using GC on port 3268 due to LDAP timeout problems with CUPC.
since we actually ran into thÃs problem we had to change LDAP to query GC (see also post http://forum.cisco.com/eforum/servlet/NetProf?page=netprof&forum=Unified%20Communications%20and%20Video&topic=Unified%20Communications%20Applications&CommCmd=MB%3Fcmd%3Dpass_through%26location%3Doutline%40%5E1%40%40.2cc010fb/2#selected_message)
is there any solution to display the LDAP photo in this configuration?
